It’s a tough call for a smartwatch under $100. You may consider something like https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08BF8DFC7/ or https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08BZ6F4H6/. You can’t answer the phone calls but you can hang up them. The first model can be set to be always on (from what I understand) but it drains the battery quickly.
