Perixx’s own software is Windows only but there are far better options anyway like SteerMouse.

The Trackman can be used along side a normal mouse for instance, because two mice is better than one and becomes second nature rather quickly. The Ergo feels like a normal mouse as in two buttons and a scroll wheel plus forward/backward keys, its ball is controlled with the thumb and unlike the other options its rather smaller. One thing often overlooked on the Ergo is the fact that its the only laser tracked ball mouse that is wireless on the market. The Ergo’s biggest negative is its small size, don’t be fooled by the images this thing is tiny but if you travel a lot that comes in handy. Its roughly the size of a small Razer or Steelseries Rival mouse.
