In reply to Ernet. Hi Ernet. 2666 [MHz] CL 16 has a bit better absolute latency. In case an absolute latency of two RAM kits is equal, you should go for one with the higher speed.

Hi. Great review and explanations of RAMs ! Unfortunately I’ve found it only now. Fortunately it is not too late. I’ve just bought HP Pavilion laptop. According to the tech spec the proper RAM supports up to 3200Mhz with 1.2 V. I was going to change it for CORSAIR VENGEANCE LPX. No luck I think because this RAM works with 1.35 Mhz . My question : what is more imoprtant for speed of RAM: CL (cycle latency) or MHz ( timing ) ? E.g 3200[MHz] and CL 20 vs 2666 [MHz] and CL 16- it’s only the example . Thanks in advance for your reply.

From the reviews, I’m very surprised that some brands apparently don’t have lifetime warranty. If the company lacks the confidence for that, I’d avoid it.
