I love it, as much fun to use as look at. I paired it with an HP 40″ 4k monitor. It works flawlessly. I have not needed support, however, I talked with them a few times during the build and they were pretty good about answering any and all questions. In the past I have owned Alienware (before Dell) Velocity Micro, and Puget systems. They were all good at the time, it’s been 13 years since I bought a pc from anyone as I built my own after that.

Resellerratings.com used to be good, then it was bought by amazon and has gone down hill ever since. I would stick with Trustpilot.

your reply is not necessary. If he had a good experience over the course of 7PC builds, That info is relative here. And also You analogy is flawed as he stated they’ll contact you before construction to insure that, as you put it, the engine plays nice with the tranny. Funny enough I have an even more distrustful attitude towards vehicles than you. I always lease. They pay for all maintenance and nothing ever breaks. $250 a month gets you a brand new car for the rest of your life.

Your comment makes no sense. Like telling someone with 0 mechanical skill to buy a 2 year old salvage that can easily be restored and save yourself thousands over getting hosed by buying a brand new vehicle at a dealership with a warranty. When you buy a brand new car you pay more but you know the tranny plays nice with the engine and it won’t overheat the first time you hit 65mph.

I have been using them for years and have got my last 7 PC’s from them, all barebones systems. I am getting ready to build a new system now and have yet to have a place come close to the prices from there. It is usually a few hundred dollars cheaper and with better stuff. On the flipside, the only problem I have had when building is with the fans and CPU coolers, does not always list when works and does not with current setup so sometimes they contact for alternate or have to double check yourself. Still worth it when saving hundreds.

Anyone looking to spend their money should really consider the after sales service and tech support on offer. My personal experience with CyberPower Pc is awful. Unreachable tech support. They do not do call back. Email support can take a week to reply. Tier one techs are ditch diggers who do not even look at what they are trouble shooting. My system was shipped with poor assembly and several hardware issues which are still being worked out 3 months later. Avoid the bang for the buck sales pitch and lifetime tech support that does exist.

Hi Randy,

Our list isn’t based on “from best to worst”.

BBB has more сriticism and complaints regarding its work than all companies on our list combined. I’d rather prefer to rely on reviews from Resellerratings.com or Trustpilot.

One has an F rating on the BBB and about 4 have decent BBB ratings. Almost all have complaints filed against them in 2020 and 2019, except one company that you put at the bottom, Puget Systems. They are the only company with no complaints and only positive reviews on the BBB. So it looks like your article is more of an advertisement for these companies than anything else.
